Assistance with Daily Personal Activities
We provide respectful and dignified support with essential personal care tasks, including showering, dressing, toileting, and mobility, enabling participants to maintain personal hygiene and daily wellbeing within the comfort of their own home.
Assistance with Travel and Transport
We offer safe and reliable transport services to support participants in accessing community, employment, and essential appointments, ensuring they remain connected and engaged with the services and environments that matter most.
Assistance with Daily Tasks / Shared Living
Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services offer structured assistance with daily tasks within shared living arrangements. This includes support with personal care, meal preparation, and household management, while promoting autonomy and independent living.
Community Nursing Care
Delivered by qualified Enrolled or Registered Nurses, our community nursing services encompass specialised medical care such as wound management, catheter and bowel care, tracheostomy care, PEG/NG feeding, medication administration, and other high-level clinical supports.
Participation in the Community
We support participants to actively participate in community life through structured assistance in recreational, social, and cultural activities. This may include support to attend events, appointments, shopping trips, or leisure outings.
Assistance with Life Stage Transition
Our transitional support focuses on capacity building through mentoring, peer support, and practical assistance. Services include help with daily responsibilities such as attending appointments, managing bills, maintaining social connections, and developing life skills.
Assistance with Household Tasks
We assist participants in maintaining a safe and hygienic home environment by providing support with domestic activities such as cleaning, gardening, laundry, linen services, and meal preparation.
Development of Life Skills
Our life skills programs are tailored to individual goals and include training in areas such as personal development, public transport use, budgeting, resume writing, and community participation to foster long-term independence.
Group and Centre-Based Activities
We facilitate access to engaging group and centre-based programs such as cooking classes, fitness sessions, and social clubs, designed to promote enjoyment, social interaction, and meaningful community engagement.
Specialised Supported Employment
We provide targeted support to assist participants in securing and maintaining employment or transitioning from school to further education. This includes job-readiness training, skills development, and workplace orientation.
Innovative Community Participation
This service encourages participants to access new and innovative activities through mainstream channels. Providers deliver unique programs aligned with individual goals while meeting relevant industry standards.
Assistance to Access and Maintain Employment
We offer personalised employment assistance including resume development, interview preparation, workplace supervision, and ongoing job coaching to help participants achieve and sustain meaningful employment.
High Intensity Daily Personal Activities
This service provides specialised support for participants who require assistance with complex or high-intensity personal care needs. It includes tasks such as managing complex bowel care, enteral feeding, tracheostomy care, or seizure management. Supports are delivered by trained and qualified staff to ensure safety, dignity, and quality of care in daily living activities.
